'Jnanavahini Institution' for Spoken English & English Grammar was started in 2004. Later spreading its wings, with the blessings of His Holiness Lord Basaveshwar & Shree Kumarswamiji Tapovan, Dharwad D.D.N.K. Association, Mudhol, inaugurated on 2 March 2014 in the memory of Shri Danappa D. Navalgi & Smt. Kasturi G. Kori. The institute has been established with the noble cause of serving the society in various dimensions. With the inspiration of the keywords of Baba Amte ‘Help to Help Themselves’ the institute has been working to fulfil its objectives.
